This was just a pure crap, no one wants to fire a good employee who are hard working and dedicated to their works, these people always have their place in our company for these peoples are the ones who can generate us money.

all of those reasons that I've read was just pure alibi to make things more fun, but it's not fun to fire someone with no really good reason, what If I put you in the shoe of a good employee and fire you.. it doesn't make any sense right?

How long did you spend dreaming this up? The justifications you come up with suggest that the employee is not or is no longer a good employee. This article is not insightful, just lame.

This is probably the silliest, most nonsensical bit of half-witted, pea-brained business advice I have ever seen. Not only would this suggestion show a lack of foresight with regards to worker potential, it would be a human resource nightmare and crushing to the company morale.
I hope the author is in charge of nothing more than remembering to breathe.

This manager is a total moron and the kind of guy that carries his personal stapler to an from work and looks for every opportunity to kiss the a** of both your boss and the new 'wonder-worker'. As a partner at a law office, I saw managers like you describe fire far too many great employees. I even sat in on some of these and took 'notes'. What you are describing is mostly a failure of management. These managers are the caustic presence in a work environment, not good employees that fit undefined roles.

"When the Company Outgrows the Employee"?? Who makes up this bunk... seriously, when a company grows, more times than not it's expanding within it's market or area of specialty, and usually it's because the company has succeeded well enough in the past that it is in the position to grow.
That success isn't due to little Chip Griffins running around passing judgment on which "good" employees are worth keeping, and which ones should be fired. It's due to those good employees putting in a consistent solid effort, that the company is able to drive forward.
Unless the company is totally switching directions, and moving towards a new market that has no compatibility with the old, you don't get rid of your good employees. Ever. If they are truly good employees, they are loyal, adaptable, and put you in the position to grow in the first place. If they are disloyal, or unable/unwilling to adapt, but still put in a good solid effort, then they are not good employees... they are adequate employees.
