Brief Bio
Chip Griffin leverages his experience in public policy and business to help clients meet their communications and public affairs challenges. He is the Founder & CEO of FRANEO, a technology-driven public affairs consulting firm, and eOutreach, a public affairs software company. For more than a decade, he has provided digital communications advice to corporate, non-profit, and association clients in a variety of roles. Chip has also served as Chief Digital Officer of DCI Group and CEO of Townhall.com. Chip’s career in public affairs began on Capitol Hill in 1991 and includes experience in communications, advocacy, congressional affairs, and executive leadership. He has been blogging since 1999 and frequently writes and speaks about the intersection of technology and public affairs. He is a graduate of American University where he is Vice President of the Alumni Association and a member of the School of Public Affairs Advisory Council. Chip lives in New Hampshire with his wife and two sons.
