Running

In the early 1990′s, I ran daily for a while. I really enjoyed it. And it was great for my health.

For the past decade, I have run sporadically — more often when I travel in cities as an early morning way to see the sites while it is quiet.

Starting in the Spring of 2011, I started running more regularly again. My competitive nature started to emerge so I have been competing with myself to improve my times and distances.
